Dr Riley Fogarty
Osteopath
G’day, I’m Riley. I’m an osteopath originally from Victoria who has recently made the move to the coast, and I’m excited to be building strong connections within the local community. I have a strong interest in sports-related injuries and connective tissue conditions, and I’m passionate about supporting people through their individual recovery journeys.
I take a holistic, patient-centred approach to care, with a focus on helping people better understand their bodies and feel empowered throughout the rehabilitation process.
My own background in running has had a significant influence on how I treat patients. It’s reinforced the importance of consistency, gradual progression, and truly listening to the body — as well as recognising that recovery is rarely linear and looks different for everyone. I’m particularly mindful of load management, movement efficiency, and building resilience over time, rather than chasing quick fixes.
Outside of the clinic, I keep active through regular running and gym training, which helps me stay connected to the physical demands many of my patients experience. I also have a passion for collecting vinyl records and sneakers, which reflects my appreciation for both movement and creativity.
I look forward to the opportunity to connect with patients, collaborate with other health professionals, and contribute positively to the health and wellbeing of the community.
Dr Johnathan Benn
Osteopath
Hi, I’m Johno. My passion for health and fitness started in my teenage years after experiencing a series of sporting injuries. Going through the process of recovery sparked my curiosity about how the body heals, adapts, and ultimately becomes stronger. That curiosity grew into a deep interest in human movement and rehabilitation, which eventually led me to pursue a career in osteopathy.
As an osteopath, I take a collaborative approach to treatment. I believe the best outcomes happen when we work together — setting meaningful goals, building a clear understanding of what’s happening in your body, and making sure you feel reassured and confident in your recovery. My aim is not just to treat symptoms, but to give you the tools, knowledge and confidence to move forward and live well.
I have a particular interest in sporting and performance injuries. I’ve worked closely with professional fighters during their training camps, supporting their recovery, helping to improve mobility, and keeping them at their best. Whether you’re an athlete striving to reach new levels, a weekend warrior, or someone simply wanting to stay active and pain-free, I enjoy tailoring treatment to suit your goals, lifestyle and stage of life.
Outside the clinic, I like to stay active myself through Muay Thai and weight training at the gym. I’m a big sports fan — you’ll often find me cheering on the Lions at the Gabba — and I’ll happily watch almost any game from around the world. Away from sport, my second passion is food; I love spending time in the kitchen and experimenting with new recipes.
Dr Chelsea Mill
Osteopath | Clinical Pilates | Pelvic Health
Hey, I’m Chelsea. I am a lover of all things health and wellness with a holistic viewpoint. This is what drew me to Osteopathy as it allows me to help others find their balance, improve their health and inspire them to do the things they most love to do. I love discovering ways I can work with my patients to help them achieve their health and wellness goals in ways that are individually suited to them.
I am passionate about all things women’s health and have done extra training in pregnancy and pelvic health. I am passionate about nurturing, educating and preparing mumma’s through their pregnancy and the post-partum journey, as well as supporting women of all ages using a whole body approach and education to assist with symptoms involving the pelvis and pelvic floor, such as incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, and endometriosis pain.
My patients often describe me as a friendly face and a warm presence where they feel supported to build and work towards new goals. You will leave my treatment space feeling heard, supported, and have a clear path and direction towards your better you.
Outside of our beautiful clinic space, you will find me spending time with my very special kelpie x border collie Ruby, practising yoga, Pilates or in the gym, spending time at the beach or in nature, or reading my book in the morning sun with a coffee in hand.
Dr Chris Bell
Founder | Osteopath
Gday, I’m Chris. I was drawn to a career in healthcare initially because I was always fascinated by the interconnected nature of the human body and its resilience and adaptability. I chose a career in Osteopathy because it considers all systems of the body with its holistic approach to treatment and individualised patient care. I love what I do because I get to problem solve, chat to people all day and no two treatments are the same. I played a lot of sport growing up and as such had my fair share of injuries so I got to witness first-hand the impact Osteopathy can have in the treatment of acute and chronic pain.
During an Osteopathic placement at a hospital in India, I found huge satisfaction in helping people return to doing the things they love and improving their quality of life. This was the moment I fell in love with my profession.
For the last four years I’ve been travelling Australia taking healthcare to people in some of the most remote corners of the country. I love hearing people’s stories, learning from them and helping them with their aches and pain.
Outside the clinic you will find me teaching my son Louie all about nature, surfing, riding, walking our dog Ralph, gardening or planning our next weekend camping trip.
Dr Amy Farrawell
Osteopath
Hey, I’m Amy. From a young age I was fascinated by the human body and how our movements integrate with our environments and interests in life. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools to take charge of your health and wellbeing, assisting you to be the best version of yourself.
I love working with clients from all age groups and have a passion for treating chronic and long standing pain. Working with you to increase your everyday capacity in a way that means most to you, whether its being able to pick up your grandkids again, run that marathon, or get back to your favourite sport - your goal is mine. By working together we can find the treatments and rehabilitation strategies that work best for you to get you back doing what you love.
I have a background in allied health assistance where I worked in implementing rehab programs for older adults and kids with special needs; along with being a sports trainer for a high division AFL club in Victoria. I have worked extensively with strength and conditioning coaches, other allied health professionals and players to not only return to sport but prevent future injury.
Outside the clinic you will find me at the gym, on a run, at the local nursery spending my life savings on plants or attempting to learn to surf.
Dr Amanda Bell
Founder | Osteopath | Clinical Pilates | Pelvic Health
Hey, I am Mandy. I fell in love with the human body and how amazing its capabilities are through dance, specifically ballet. The combination of strength and flexibility to achieve such beautiful lines, poses and forms turning the body into art blew me away and I knew I wanted to learn more. I believe every person deserves the right to be able to move, function and thrive in their own body. I love being able to assist people through my hands on treatment skills, clinical pilates rehab and providing an open space for people to be really heard. I believe it is this combination that allows me to mobilise, strengthen and empower my clients to function at their highest potential.
I love helping people at any stage of their life with whatever is going on, whether it be recovering from an injury, navigating pregnancy or just feeling like something isn’t quite right. I am so proud to be an Osteopath as it enables me to find the root cause of peoples problems and am equipped with a wide variety of treatment techniques to choose from to create a unique treatment approach to anyone who walks in my door.
If I am not in the clinic you will find me taking my son Louie and pooch Ralph for long walks on the beach, sewing or DIYing at home, working on bettering our business, hosting social events or watching Friends.

Simone Abbott
Clinical Pilates Instructor
Hey, I’m Simone and I'm a Diploma Certified Clinical Pilates Instructor trained through Polestar Pilates.
I was guided towards Clinical Pilates over 10 years ago after it was recommended by my Osteopath at the time. I quickly fell in love with it, and it has been part of my weekly routine ever since. I couldn't believe the difference it made - and wondered where it had been all my life!
I had long-term functional and postural issues after playing high-level netball, combined with chronic asthma and other health issues when I was younger. Pilates (combined with Osteopathic and Remedial Massage treatments) helped me rebuild strength, improve stability, and support my body’s healing and realignment in a way nothing else had. This led me to become a teacher, and I’ve developed a love for clinical rehab work, where movement is therapeutic and individualised. I love the people I get to meet and support through teaching, and I aim to offer a collaborative approach with mindful movement, body awareness, and a sense of ease - plus a little fun too!
I've been passionate about the body, and holistic health and wellness, from early on in life. This has taken me down many paths - exploring, studying and working in fields including nutrition (Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics), Exercise Science (Bachelor of Science - Human Movement, Exercise Physiology and Psychology), community health programs, personal development, counselling/emotional healing, Yoga, and Pilates. I’m also a certified 200-hour trained Yin Yoga Teacher. I truly believe in balance of the whole for optimal health and healing, which is something I try to live myself.
Outside of work, you’ll find me hanging out with my partner and our two dogs, Rosie and Peta - or spending endless hours in our garden, or out in nature!
